Black Forest Cuvée Noir
The Black Forest is a mountainous region in southwest Germany, bordering France. Known for its dense, evergreen forests and picturesque villages. Wild and mysterious, quite and peaceful; the landscape of the
largest stretch highlands in Germany is quite diverse and home to many rare animals. Red Deer are particularly significant for the region and can be found on the coats of arms of many Black Forest communities.
Soft black cherry fruit on the palate with a smooth balanced finish. Beautiful aroma of black cherry and soft plum.
Pairs beautifully with game, lamb, pork dishes with a spicy sauce, as well as pasta, cheese and even chocolate!
