Sourced from farms under a long term contract to Berentzen, winter wheat is a hardy grain. Planted in the fall, it has to make it through winter, develop in the spring and ripen in summer. Berentzen Apple is a light fruit liqueur with the refreshing flavour of fresh apples. The finest sun-ripened apples are selected and provide the distinct crisp and fresh taste to this high-quality product. Fresh apple scents fill the nose that leads to a crisp, clean and well-balanced fruit-forward flavour. While the intense apple flavours will entice you, it’s hard to believe it only has a moderate 20% alc./vol. Enjoy Berentzen Apple as a chilled shot, on the rocks or as the perfect mixer in your favourite bourbon, rum, gin or vodka cocktail. It makes a great spritzer when mixed with club soda.
